Who may use PrairieStack
You must be an authorized business representative to create a PrairieStack account, connect a business profile, connect a Facebook Page, approve posts, manage leads, or request setup changes for a business. Accepting managed-IT work for a business — including authorizing us to administer its machines, hold administrative credentials and run backups — requires the authority to make that decision for the business.
BooksForge cannot access or administer a Facebook Page unless an authorized business representative connects it through Meta OAuth and grants Page access. A connection applies only to the selected Page and the permissions Meta reports; it does not authorize broader account, Business Manager, advertising, inbox, or lead administration.
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, customer communications, uploaded assets, setup instructions, and approvals provided through PrairieStack.
Managed IT: what the service includes
Managed IT is sold as the offer on the services page states it: coverage, scheduling, monitoring and support inside published working windows. The services page names each service line and, for every one of them, where it stops. Where the page and this document could be read differently, the services page governs what was sold.
We tell you what we find, including when a system is not covered, when a machine is beyond economical repair, and when a problem needs someone standing in front of it. Monitoring and scheduled work run around the clock; a person answers in the published hours, and the response commitment is the two-business-day reply stated on the contact page.
Client responsibilities and access
You agree to tell us what to protect and to keep us informed about changes that affect it: machines added or retired, services moved, staff who should or should not have access, and any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to your data.
Administering machines requires administrative access. You authorize PrairieStack to hold administrative credentials for the systems in scope, to use them for the work described on a ticket, and to open remote sessions for that work. We keep those credentials in a managed vault and use named accounts rather than shared passwords. You may withdraw that authorization at any time; doing so ends the parts of the service that depend on it.
A backup nobody has restored is not proof. You agree that a restore may be tested as part of the service, and we will tell you the result of that test rather than report a job status as if it were a recovery.
Approvals and customer responsibility
Businesses remain responsible for the messages, posts, offers, prices, services, claims, images, and customer communications they approve or publish through PrairieStack. PrairieStack may draft, queue, route, or automate workflows, but the business is responsible for reviewing regulated, legal, medical, financial, employment, advertising, and platform-policy-sensitive content before use.
Third-party platforms and providers
PrairieStack does not guarantee that Meta, Google, Stripe, Twilio, email providers, or other third parties will approve or maintain access, deliver messages, accept payments, keep APIs available, or preserve specific features. Third-party services may change their rules, pricing, permissions, or availability at any time. That applies equally to the remote-access and backup-storage providers used to deliver managed IT.
You must comply with the terms and policies of connected platforms, including Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Page policies, payment-provider rules, SMS/email laws, and any industry-specific requirements that apply to your business.
Payments and billing
Paid plans, setup fees, image-work orders, managed-IT agreements, and payment-processing features are billed according to the pricing or checkout terms shown at purchase or agreed in writing. Third-party payment processing may require separate onboarding, identity verification, or approval.
Acceptable use
You may not use PrairieStack to send spam, impersonate another business, upload unlawful content, misrepresent offers, violate platform rules, collect data without authorization, or interfere with PrairieStack systems or other customers.
Availability and changes
PrairieStack may update features, pricing, workflows, templates, and integrations as the product changes. PrairieStack may suspend or limit access when needed for security, abuse prevention, nonpayment, legal compliance, or platform-policy compliance.
Limitations
PrairieStack is provided as a business workflow tool and a managed-IT service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrairieStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, platform-access, deliverability, ranking, review, payment-provider, data-loss, or business-interruption damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and no clause limits our responsibility to act on the access you have granted us with reasonable care.
